Wisconsin’s Prison Budget May Reach $2.5 B What Is Your Opinion?

Question by Joe from WI: Wisconsin’s prison budget may reach .5 b What is your opinion?
In recent news, a man from Milwaukee was arrested in California for abducting and sexually abusing a girl under the age of ten. I looked up Wisconsin prison budgets and it says it could reach $ 2.5 billion in spending within the last ten years. In other states, prison budgets have decreased. Wisconsin is one of few states that saw an increase. It is unanimous opinion that the worst criminals come to Milwaukee because it lacks the police force of a more densely populated area. Do you favor or disfavor the high prison budget?
