When Will Wisconsin Get a Prescription Drug Monitoring System Functioning?

Question by MLA: When will Wisconsin get a prescription drug monitoring system functioning?
Most states has a prescription drug monitoring system for narcotics and other drugs that can be abused. so people can’t “Doctor shop”. I think it’s high time that wisconsin gets one of these systems in place too. Does anyone out there know when this might happen?
Thanks.
