Yes every state should have a better business bureau for you to contact. The best way is to get hold of a social worker to guide you through the way.

Go to some NA meetings in the area that you are interested in and ask some folks with a lot of clean time.

Be careful that you may be looking for “the best” facillity when the best is an addict who really wants to quit. Some people get clean in some really “crappy” facillities because, for them, it was all about getting clean not all about the place.
