Why would it matter if you have HIV for anyone to answer your question?
1. Get antiviral medications.
2.Get a test approximately 4-6 months after potential exposure.
3. Some people have a serious flu illness that goes away on its own. If left untreated, some people notice no symptoms for years some people much sooner.
